Since 1963 TMP, PLASTIC MATERIAL PROCESSING
The processing of plastics with new manufacturing systems allows you to find solutions for many industrial sectors, creating items that fulfill many applications. TMP “Trafileria Materie Plastiche” offers products for automotive, motorcycles, electrical plants, for doors and windows, flooring and for industry applications.
TMP uses only last generation materials. Indeed the study of new technologies and new manufacturing systems for raw materials allows the creation of very innovative products. You can also request to create profiles to drawing or sample; Our staff will be at your disposal to evaluate together with you the best solution for your business and your needs. TMP “Trafileria Materie Plastiche” addresses to both domestic and international market.
After all these years of experience we specialized in the gaskets for car windshield sector, where we use innovative production techniques: coextrusion and three-extrusion with the addition of Hot Melt and doublesided adhesive for profiles that need these elements. The co-extrusion technique is used by TMP also to produce magnetic profiles for the shower cubicles market. For Automotive, we also produce car door bumpers and gaskets for motorcycles windshield, characterized by a compound specifically designed for this application and giving excellent results since the Hot Melt inside the profile does not drip, does not dirty the edge of the door and does not affect over time the color of the body of the car, while for motorcycles it prevents the risk of cracks in the windshield.
The PVC rigid plastic pipes are nowdays widely used for various kinds of installations. PVC is a completely non-toxic material that does not create personal injury those who use it or who are in close contact. Consequenly these pipes are very durable in all weather conditions, UV rays, shock of accidental nature. The rigid pipes are also calibrated to withstand both to low and high temperatures. One of the latest studies carried out by our staff was the production of co-extruded rigid pipes, which are characterized by two types of material; recycled material inside and a thin film of colored material outside, suitable to coat the pipe. Thereby obtaining excellent results on the production costs basis.
